Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a tracked carrier to our designated returns center.
Inspection and Refund
